New State Highway Signs

The new Oklahoma state highway signs are unveiled in Sapulpa

Officials with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation unveiled new state highway markers in Sapulpa on Friday.

Gary Ridley, ODOT director, said the department decided to unveil the first sign in Sapulpa because it is "a great town" that feeds several different highways.

He said the signs have been redesigned to remind travelers they are on an Oklahoma highway.
