Three Markers at the Border

I found three historical markers at the Oklahoma / Kansas border on US-77 (North of Newkirk, Oklahoma) on Google Maps street view. View map: http://goo.gl/Qf9iu

One of these is the Oklahoma the Indian State marker, but what are the other two? Is one the Survey Marker Kansas / Oklahoma Boundary marker?
