Winter Break Time Again

You may start to notice we've slowed down a bit in updates to the historic places database. Well its winter. To be honest we really don't want to drive around in the cold. Can you blame us? Ha! That doesn't mean we are just ignoring BlogOklahoma.us. Besides taking the time to rest up, save up, and plan our future expeditions to gather more historic Oklahoma places, we'll be doing lots and lots of research. We still have most of the eastern half of the state to explore.

Expect to see more history blog articles in the coming months. We have some really interesting bits of Oklahoma history in our to-do-list and we can't wait to share them.

Speaking of sharing. If you're interested in Oklahoma history, why not join us in our Community Center (aka Social Network) and share away.

Oh, and before I forget! Be sure you listen to the "This Week In Oklahoma History" segment on the Blog Oklahoma Podcast. The podcast will be coming back to its regular schedule at the beginning of the new year.
