Washita Battlefield Talks
Beginning Memorial Day weekend, May 24th, the Washita Battlefield National Historic Site will begin to offer regularly scheduled weekend interpretive talks at the parks overlook.
On Saturdays and Sundays throughout the summer, talks will start at 9, 10, and 11am and again at 2, 3, and 4pm. This will continue until Labor Day weekend in September. There will also be walking tours along the trails of the park lead by the park rangers.
Walking tours are available at 9:30am on other days of the week depending on the availability of park staff.
